Hey, I'm Phil — a creative director, project leader, and producer who's spent over a decade turning big ideas into finished work that lands.
I've led campaigns for Google, Deloitte, Uber, Walmart, Jack Daniel's, Guinness, IBM, and a long list of others — concepting, managing cross-agency teams, and delivering on time and under budget without sacrificing quality - and having fun making it happen. That work has earned a Cannes Silver Lion for an Uber campaign, an Addy, and a Webby Honoree — and been featured in Adweek, SHOTS, and AdAge.
Before going independent, I ran operations for a 60-person division at IPSOS Market Research — building P&L systems from scratch and creating a research product for emerging filmmakers. That operational foundation is baked into everything I do. I've also contributed to projects for Paramount+ and the History Channel alongside producers like Leonardo DiCaprio and Kevin Costner.
I'm AI-native by practice and NYU-trained by education. I bridge the gap between what clients want and what teams can actually execute — and I make the process feel less like a grind. My real passion is in the collaboration: working with, building up, and leading the people who make the work great.
